The useful pause
before a QR link opens.
QR Scan Online makes encoded content visible while keeping image processing on your device.
Why we built it
A QR code asks people to act on information they cannot see. Many scanners immediately open a destination. We believe the better default is to decode, display, and let the person decide.
What “safe” means here
We surface observable warning signs such as punycode, raw IP destinations, shortened URLs, unusual protocols, embedded credentials, and missing HTTPS. These checks improve context, but no automated scanner can guarantee that a destination is harmless.
Private by architecture
The decoding engine runs in the browser. Images, camera frames, batch files, decoded results, and CSV exports stay on your device. There is no application server, account system, or database.
Free for everyone
Single-image scanning, camera scanning, batch scanning, link previews, local history, and CSV export are available without payment or sign-in.
